Cost

Less Expensive Than You Think

Neurofeedback requires a commitment of time and money, but the payoff can be dramatic.

When considering the lifetime costs of managing problems such as depression, ADHD, or insomnia, neurofeedback provides great value. The costs are generally in line with the costs of other high-quality counseling services, but results can be much more dramatic.

For example, a year of weekly counseling sessions can cost over $6,000 with varying results. Our standard packages can usually provide relief at a fraction of the price.

We offer neurofeedback services in blocks of ten. While we can’t guarantee results, many clients find 20 to 30 sessions is sufficient to address many common concerns, although complex or severe problems may require more.

A flat assessment cost covers the initial and any subsequent assessments completed following training. We conduct follow-up assessments as needed to monitor progress and adjust our procedures. Follow-up assessments are conducted throughout training and clients will not incur any additional expense for these assessments.

NeuroFit at Recovery in Oklahoma

Most providers charge between $500 and $1000 for the initial assessment and a profile report. To remove barriers to treatment, we offer a standalone Assessment and Profile Report for $250. Completing the Assessment does not obligate a client to engage in neurofeedback services.

Flat Rate Pricing

We’ve simplified our pricing structure to create a flat rate for all consumers:

  • Sessions are $90 each with a commitment to ten sessions at a time.
  • Clients may either pay in advance or place a card on file with an agreement for weekly charges.
  • Initial Assessment and Profile Report: $500 $250 for a limited time
  • Package of Ten Sessions: $900 (20 to 30 sessions recommended)

Insurance

Some insurance plans may cover the cost of neurofeedback services, but most do not.

For example, a Blue Cross and Blue Shield policy statement reads, “Neurofeedback for the treatment of all conditions/diseases is considered investigational.” As a result, they will not reimburse providers treating mental health or substance use disorders.

Some insurance companies provide limited benefits for biofeedback for specific conditions. As a general rule, it is safe to assume your insurance WILL NOT cover neurofeedback services from our providers.

Financing

We’re pleased to offer financing options including interest-free options that allow you to purchase a complete neurofeedback package.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

You may be able to use your health savings account to pay for the cost of Neurofeedback services.

HSA is a type of savings account that lets consumers set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical expenses. By using untaxed dollars in a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and some other expenses, clients may be able to lower their overall health care costs.

Oklahoma residents can pay for qualified medical expenses with pre-tax dollars and save for retirement on a tax-deferred basis.
